:-)
There's no place like home!
Now that I'm home safe, and my wife has her husband back, and my mother's fingernails can start growing again, I have a lot of work to do.
Not just the things around the house that need attention, but the editing of all the photos and helmet-cam video footage into something entertaining. The collection of snapshots that I've shared on the blog is just the tip of the iceberg.
It was rare to see any wildlife and have time to stop the bike, get out a camera and grab a shot.
Most of the wildlife shots were with the helmet mounted video camera.
And I have no idea if any of it is any good yet! Hopefully I have something worthwhile to share.
When I can put together some sequences, I'll post it to this blog; so if you are interested, you can check back here from time to time.
Thanks to eveybody who took the time to share this journey with me. You helped it to seem less like an insane stunt, and more like a community expedition. :-)

My intention was for the green flags to indicate where I spent the night.
Flag #46 is actually where I first ran out of gas.
A night in Montana didn't get logged.
In a few locations, I spent more than one night.
At the Arctic Circle, I camped both northbound and southbound.
Glad to see you made it back ok. What a great trip. Thanks for letting us tag along.
